Little richard

Little Richard , whose real name is Richard Wayne Penniman , is a pianist, singer-songwriter and American actor, born December 5, 1932. He is one of the creators of rock 'n' roll of the late 1950s.

With Chuck Berry, Fats Domino and Bo Diddley, he is one of the first black rock 'n' roll musicians to be in favor of the white audience. Rebellious personality, Little Richard marks his era with his songs (which he shouts screaming) and flamboyant dress, all of which have helped define the tone and image of rock 'n' roll. He greatly influenced the musicians of the next generation: the Beatles (especially Paul McCartney), the Rolling Stones, Elton John, David Bowie, and singer and musician Prince.

He is the composer and performer of some of the greatest rock 'n' roll classics, including Long Tall Sally, Miss Molly, Good Golly, Rip It Up, Lucille and Tutti Frutti, many times by Elvis Presley in particular, or Johnny Hallyday. In 2008, Rolling Stone magazine ranked him 12> greatest singer of all time>. In addition, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since its inception in 1986.

Born in Macon, Georgia, Little Richard comes from a large family. He is the third in a family with a total of twelve children. His devout father does nothing to encourage his son's taste for music, as does his entire family who rejects his homosexuality, a rejection that forces him to leave home early. When Richard is nineteen, his father is shot in front of a local bar.
