Abingdon boys school

Abingdon Boys School ( ア ビ ビ グ ド ボ ボ イ イ イ イ ス ス ス ス , lang = "ja-latn-alalc97"> abingudon bōizu sukūru > ) , is a Japanese rock band created by Takanori Nishikawa. Formed in 2005, the group was named Abingdon Boys School in reference to the English Boys School, Abingdon School (Oxfordshire County, South East England), where members of the English rock band Radiohead have studied.

It was in 2005 that Abingdon Boys School released their first song, "Stay Away," an English song written for Love for Nana ~ Only 1 Tribute ~, an album tribute to Nana.

Their first concert took place on November 24, 2005, alongside Uverworld and Quartet Tsubakiya, this concert was organized by the Japanese music magazine CD Data.

On September 3, 2006, the group announces that it has signed with Sony Music Japan (which has also been the label of the solo project of Nishikawa T.M. Revolution).
