The Bravery is an American rock band from New York formed in late 2003. Their first album (title: The Bravery) was released in 2005 and their second album (title: The Sun And The Moon) in 2007. Their music is inspired by that of Duran Duran, Joy Division, the Cure or Depeche Mode, whose band also played the first part for their 2006 European tour. They are considered as the main rivals of the Killers of Las Vegas, their music is very similar. But The Bravery has a more dancefloor sound while the Killers are more rock.
