And So I Watch You from Afar is an instrumental rock band born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The band is composed of four members: Rory Friers and Niall Kennedy on guitars, Johny Adger on bass and Chris Wee on drums.
The group was formed in 2005 and released their first This Is Our Machine and Nothing Can Stop It mini-album in 2007. This was followed by EP Tonight The City Burns. On the other hand, the band has also shot with many bands such as Oceansize, Clutch, Envy and Them Crooked Vultures.
In 2009, the group gave 170 concerts in Europe before releasing its first album, named after the band, in April 2009, which was named as Rock Sound's> Best Album 2009>.
In 2010, the band released another EP composed of four songs, entitled The Letters.
