The Rock show

The Rock Show is a song by the band Blink-182 that appears on the album Take Off Your Pants and Jacket. Its single version was released on June 25, 2001. There are two live versions of this song, one on the single Stay Together for the Kids released in 2002 and recorded in Los Angeles, and the other, recorded in Minneapolis and available on the single Always released in 2004. It is sung in its entirety by Mark Hoppus. The lyrics tell the story of a boy who falls in love with a rebellious girl who was expelled from school. He met her at a rock concert, hence the title The Rock Show. The CD also contains the Man Overboard clip. To make the clip, the group received a large amount of money. The clip shows the group distributing this money to the residents of the neighbourhood where they are, and buying different things, like a TV, a car to break them and doves to free them. Tom DeLonge said that some people they met on the street had refused the money they were offering out of suspicion.
